Creation Bag Subscriptions Questions & Answers

1. How do I sign up for a subscription?

To sign up, just simply click on the selected subscriptions and place the order at any time. Or, give us a call and we would be happy to place the order for you! Just remember, if you sign up before the 1st of the month, you will receive the next month's shipment! If you sign up after the 1st of the month, you will receive the following month's shipment. For example, if you sign up on October 31st, then you will receive your first shipment in November. Alternatively, if you sign up on November 1st, your first shipment will be December's Creation Bag. 

2. How do I send a subscription as a gift?

Gifting a Creation Bag is easy! Just place an order like normal, and be sure to put the recipient's information as the shipping address. We will email or ship out a separate letter to the intended recipient to explain that an incredibly awesome person (you!) has gifted them a subscription. If you want to include any special instructions for us and the recipient's email address, you can do so in the notes. Easy!

3. Can I have two different subscriptions on the same order?

Not at the moment, because of the way that we process our subscriptions, we are unable to have two different subscriptions on one order. If you would like two bags, or if you are gifting one to someone, then please place a separate order for the second subscription.

4. Does the monthly subscription ever expire?

No, the monthly subscription will continue to renew each month until you decide to cancel. The monthly subscription option will be automatically renewed for successive monthly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged until you cancel. 5. Will the gift subscriptions auto-renew?

No, they are not automatically renewed. If you decide that you would like to continue with our subscription service after your sample run, feel free to select our monthly recurring subscription option, which is a lifetime option (or until you decide to cancel) or simply purchase another one of our gift subscriptions.

6. Can I return my Creation Bag?

These samples were specifically created for our subscription program so they are non-returnable items.

7. How do I cancel my subscription?

The monthly subscription option will be automatically renewed for successive monthly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at info@hennatattooboutique.ca or by calling us at +1(514).894.0303. Please remember, we cannot cancel a package already in transit, so you would need to cancel prior to your monthly package being sent out from our warehouse. As a result, any changes made before the 1st of the month will take effect for the next month's shipment. Any changes made after the 1st of the month will take effect the following month.

8. What payment methods can I use for my subscription?

For our subscription program, we can only accept credit cards for the method of payment.

9. When am I charged for my subscription?

If you select one of our monthly options, you will be billed within the first 5 days of the month each month until you cancel. If you purchased a gift subscription, you will be charged the full amount for the subscription within 24 hours of the order being placed. 

10. What will be included with my shipment?

  • Each month will have a new theme, and the items will be a curated collection of henna art materials that incorporate that theme. Additionally, we will often include various notions or accessories that fit the theme. All of these wonderful goodies will make their way to you in a cute, reusable zippered bag. 

  • Materials: We will include 2-3 items in each Creation Bag. They will be varying between Henna powders, paints, crafts times, colouring book, hens cones, henna tubes, henna applicators, henna gift certificates and surprises. The weight of the materials may vary within each bag and from bag to bag. It will all depend on the specific theme and project that we have picked out for that month. 

  • Bags: We have plans of switching up each month's zippered bag just slightly. Also, we will plan on switching up the size of the bag every few months. 

11. What can I do with these Materials?

You may use your goodies to create beautiful work of art. You will be receiving professional products and hence your creations will be of amazing quality!

12. Where can I show off my goodies?

Show it off on our Social media page where you will be able to post and discuss about your amazing work of art with other lovers like you!

13. Do I get a choice of material included in the bag?

At this time, we are not able to take special material requests or any special request for the content of the bags.

14. Do I get a choice of what colors I get?

There may be multiple color options for each month's shipment. While the henna art materials within the creation bag will complement one another, they will be randomly selected for customers, and we are not able to take any special requests at this time. 

15. Are there any shipping charges with my subscription?

Not for the US and Canada! We will ship out the items by Canada Post for both our domestic and US subscriptions. For International Expedition, the bag will cost $10 and you will have to pay for the shipping due to an increase in international shipping price.

16. When will my subscription ship?

We will ship out your subscription within the first 5 days of the month. You can anticipate normal arrival times for Canada Post Mail to your destination, usually about 5 days in Canada and 1-3 weeks for packages to US. 

17. What method will be used to ship my subscription each month?

Your subscriptions will be shipped via Canada Post Shipping, both for our domestic and American customers. 

18. If I place an order with other items and a subscription, when will my items ship?

We will automatically ship out any available items in your order other than the subscription. The subscription will ship separately when our next shipments are going out. Just remember, if you sign up before the 1st of the month, you will receive the next month's shipment! If you sign up after the 1st of the month, you will receive the following month's shipment. 

19. Can I have my subscription order held for combined shipping?

These orders will be processed and shipped out separately, so they cannot be combined with any additional items.
